This is a great app for reporting, simple to use and great value for money.

I love the fact that I can export to excel with photos! I’m still learning about all that this app can do but so far I’ve been impressed that it is easy to use and the developers seem to have thought of everything!

Best site report product out there!!!

I had the old version of PunchLists, this app takes it to the next level for how the information can be reported in both PDF and excel. Report is easy to read, and the App is easy to use. You can add more photos, can mark up photos. I used this app to produce a condition assessment report for a property.

This app is the best work resource I have ever used. It allows me to compile a professional report in so many different formats on the run, out in the field. Saves time, defines objectives and targets, and it includes timelines & photos. ??

La aplicación es sencilla y genial. Las funciones de exportacion a PDF y sobre todo la exportacion a Excel es lo mejor de su categoria. Permite trabajar con los items en excel para adaptarlos a trabajo a la perfeccion. El servicio tecnico del desarrollador , contesta rapido y a mi me ha resuelto cualquier problema. Por mejorar la app pediria que tiene muchos campos utiles para los items, pero si no los usas deberia tener mas opciones para ocultarlos o mostrarlos en los informes PDF.

I work in the shopping center industry. I use this program to create construction punchlists for tenant projects, landlord projects as well as Maintenance planning and projects. This is a great tool that I use regularly.

This app has bridged the gap between our current work order system to enable our business to creat a detailed report that captures issues as a bench mark, between being handed over a new build to our caretaking and maintenance services. We look forward to seeing this app evolve.

This app has been great for my water pump service business, it has almost everything I need and presents very professionally.

Don’t let the title fool you! I have been using site report pro for sometime now and all I have is great reviews for it. So when it stopped doing it’s stuff I was totally down beat and perplexed as to why, I got in contact with the support team and to my amazement I had a reply with minutes Wanting to know how they could help. In the end the problem sorted its self, but they couldn’t do enough to try & sort the problem

This app is great helping to organize job site photos. It helps to create a report and share the photos. I wish there was a way to store large file size photos for archival and project use.

Allows multiple photos for an issue which is a Godsend.

By far the best value, comprehensive tool available in the app store. I have moved all my current projects to this app as it covers everything I need to run a project. It is more than just a punchlist, it’s an all inclusive tool that doesn’t require any other apps to support it. We are extremely satisfied with the product and support.

I have remodeled dozens of houses and have always used a paper system. I just decided to try this app on a late night whim. I have to say it was worth every penny. Nothing is better than being able to have your entire project in your pocket and ditch the clipboard.

Just what I was looking for

Love this app!

I’m new to the app but it looks like it is exactly what I am looking for.  The only thing I don’t see that I wish it has was iCloud sync.  I use an iPhone and an iPad for work.

Great app.  Customers love the quality and the ease.  This makes reporting much easier and more efficient.  Thus making us more profitable.

Great App!  Had it for a month now and have punched 5 condominiums.  Having the photos helps everyone realize the nature and location of each issue.  Web site tutorial is plane and simple to understand.  Customer service quickly replies to all inquires and seems to be responsive to suggestions.  Very pleased.

Freakin awesome tool.

Just got the app looks good on iPhone and iPad.  Use for punch lists and site inspections.  Only drawback is that reports use a lot of paper but are clear and distinct.  Looks great for field work generally on construction sites etc. may have limitations for audits but shall try and use as great for inspections.  Quite flexible with filtering though some thing fixed but will explore more.

Great app.  Very useful and flexible to suit various business needs.  Great professional support for our business needs.

Awesome app.

So far loving the app and capabilities.  Wish it was available outside iPhone, a few of my employees have androids and won’t be able to utilise on a company level.

Also would like to see device sync.  Are you able to share report and open on another device within the app?  If not even if you could do that it would be helpful, but sync would be most helpful.

Also interested in the custom report templates other user mentioned.

Used the app on a large project for feedback to sub contractors! Works great and gives everyone copied in on the emails a check list to work from

Great program. Our past reports were done on a word file but ppl had problems with consistency in the format. You can fill out Site Report Pro on an iPod or an iPhone with easy. Reports look professional.

Very nice piece of mobile field software

Recently we started using Site Report Pro for our field installations(fire alarm and electrical contractor). It worked great but we use keyboard cases on the iPads which are in landscape. A feedback request was sent to them on their website and a response came back that it was on the agenda but a little more difficult than it sounded. What a pleasant surprise to see the next update cover what we had requested. Now this software is the ideal field reporting tool for us.

I am a Fire Risk Assessor, and as such, my work involves report writing on a very large scale. I recently started using Site Report Pro, and it has changed the way I work entirely. It allows me to construct the report as I go, saving endless hours every evening, transferring photos and text into a Word document. I would highly recommend this app to anyone whose work involves producing photographic reports. It’s the best I have found. The app support is excellent too, with queries being responded to almost instantly. I give it top marks. John.

Just completing my first self build and Site Report Pro has been really useful as we have come to the snagging part.  Builder like having the complete snag list with photos pointing out exactly what the problem is.  One of the subcontractors even said ‘Best snag list he had seen, how did I do it?’.  The summary reports are easy to use and send around subcontractors.

I love this app.  It is really helpful with keeping track of all the many issues during a renovation project.  The ability to easily annotate photos and share that info is a big help.  The app is highly recommended for any construction related project.

Recently purchased while commissioning a dairy plant.  App is easy to use and the ability to photograph, mark-up, assign work then e-mail all at area of issue eliminates mistakes.  Then all issues are automatically compiled into a convenient report.

What a fabulous application.  I’m just approaching the end of a complete house renovation and there are several snagging issues to be addresses.  I’d usually note these issues on a pad of paper and hand it to my builder but I can now send him a report.  He’s also extremely impressed with the content and professionalism of the reports and has decided to adopt the app for use within his business.  This app is a complete game change in terms of documenting, sharing, and resolving issues and I can imagine using it in other areas of my day to dat life.  I’m giving the app 5 stars because of the ease of use, the seamless report building functionality and simply due to how much easier it has made tracking issues with my project.

Exactly what I needed to report defects.  And the support is excellent, they fixed an issue within 2 days.
